30 - 40 mins introductory session where we will briefly discuss what brings you to counselling and explore your goals and expectations. We will also go over the counselling contract. This is a chance for us to start getting to know each other and marks the beginning of our therapeutic relationship. If you decide to proceed on your counselling journey with me, then I will also complete a personal information record form, which is required for insurance purposes. The cost of this service is £20.
